今秋、Mac miniが4年ぶりにアップデートか

Appleが4年ぶりにmac mini の新モデルを年内に発表するようだ。さらに、 MacBook Air の次世代モデルの発表もあるという。

ディスプレイもキーボードもない安価なmac miniは、デベロッパーやサーバー用途で人気があるが、ここ数年まったくアップデートされなかった。
もしかしたら、なくなるのではないかとも言われていたが、この秋次世代モデルが発表されるようだ。
新モデルは、オプションとしてストレージとプロセッサをアップグレードできるProモデルが発表される可能性が高い。
また、 MacBook Air の後継モデルとされる13インチMacBookは、かなりベゼルが狭いデザインのうようだ。ただし、現行の MacBook Air と併売するという。
