GIVENCHYやFENDIなどのファッションブランドのショー、ならびにVOGUEやELLEなどの雑誌の表紙への登場しているファッションモデルのCandice Swanepoelが、Apple Watchを着けてフィットネス雑誌のSELF Magazine March 2015の表紙に登場した。

Candice Swanepoelは、南アフリカ共和国出身のファッションモデルで、世界における最もセクシーな女性100人で投票の結果第61位に選ばれている。スーパーモデルがApple Watchを着けて雑誌の表示を飾ったのはこれが初めてだ。これから、どんどんApple Watchの媒体進出がはじまるのだろう。
