Apple StoreからAppleに

”Today’s report notes that Apple store employees have been notified of the gradual change taking place, although “Apple Store” doesn’t appear on signage in stores, it looks like the company will encourage employees to refer to locations without using the current “store” branding.【9to5mac】

これまで長い間、Appleの直営店は「Apple Store」として知られていたが、本日より「Apple」となった。

さっそく国内の「Apple Store 心斎橋」のWebをチェックしてみると、すでに「Apple 心斎橋」となっていた。
Apple Store の1号店がオープンしてから15年、親しまれてきた Apple Store が消えることとなった。これからは、「Apple Store に行く」ではなく、「Appleの心斎橋店に行く」と言わなけれなならないね。
